Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of NobleTable, a multi-tenant hospitality operating system provided by Noxira for Software and Artificial Intelligence Solutions W.L.L(“Noxira”, “we”, “us”), a limited liability company registered in the State of Qatar under Commercial Registration No. 247351. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using NobleTable on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind that business to these Terms.

NobleTable provides tools for restaurants including a website builder, QR ordering, point of sale, kitchen display, reservations, inventory, CRM, analytics and the Noble AI website builder. We may add, change or remove features over time as we improve the platform.

You agree not to:

• use NobleTable for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Qatari law;
• upload or process content that is illegal, infringing, deceptive, or that you do not have the right to use;
• attempt to access another tenant’s data, bypass security or tenant isolation, probe or scan the service, or disrupt its operation;
• reverse engineer, resell or sublicense the service except as expressly permitted;
• misuse the Noble AI builder — for example by submitting others’ personal data without a lawful basis, or generating unlawful content.

You are responsible for your account, your users, and for complying with privacy law regarding your own guests’ data, for which you are the controller.

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (for example monthly or annually) through our payment processor. By subscribing you authorise us to charge the applicable fees for each billing period until you cancel. Fees are exclusive of any taxes that may apply.

• Renewal — subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Cancellation — you may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain access until then.
• Refunds — except where required by law, fees already paid are generally non-refundable. Where we choose to offer a refund, it is at our discretion.

You retain ownership of all content you and your restaurant put into NobleTable — your menus, orders, reservations, media, and your guests’ data. You grant us a limited licence to host, process and display that content solely as needed to operate the service for you and as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your content.

NobleTable, including the platform, software, design, templates, the Noble AI system, our trademarks and branding, is owned by Noxira and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right in our intellectual property except the limited right to use the service in accordance with these Terms.

We work to keep NobleTable available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates or reasons outside our control. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NobleTable is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Noxira and its suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You may stop using NobleTable and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay fees, or use the service in a way that risks harm to others or to the platform. On termination, your right to use the service ends; we may delete your data after a reasonable period, subject to our Privacy Policy and any legal retention obligations.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of NobleTable after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar, and any dispute relating to them or to the service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Qatar.
